ABOUT VAN PARISER. Van Pariser was an iconic photographer of the 70s and 80s ahead of his time.
He worked mainly in fashion photography but also created memorable images in environmental portraiture and landscapes. He was known for his use of natural light and his fresh, modern approach to photography.
Van Pariser's most famous works show his use of unexpected angles, bold and deep colours, and patterns that captured the essence of the subject of the era. He was a master of composition, always finding an almost perfect combination of elements to bring his images to life. His fashion photographs often featured models in dramatic poses, set against unique and stunning, sometimes breathtaking backgrounds. He experimented with light and shadow, creating images that remain timeless.
Van Pariser's photography is timeless and defined an era of photography whose work is so rare that it is important to realise the investment value of these pieces as and when they appear.

This work from his extant studio is unique, there is nothing like it in the world as his work is so rare. This is one of the works from a studio session for a fashion shoot for a Vogue Campaign.

About Richard Riding. Like his father, EJ Riding, Richard Riding was a renowned, classic photographer.
He worked predominantly for EMI Records in the 60’s and ‘70s and his photographs featured prominent musicians of the era and well known celebrities in film and on television.
Riding eventually moved into his love of editing but while he worked for EMI, he shot some of the biggest music acts of the time, including The Bee Gees, Jimi Hendrix (his first gig), The Ronettes, Cream and Eric Clapton. His photographs helped to create some of the most iconic album covers and promotional materials in his time. Riding’s work was highly influential and helped to shape the entire aesthetic of popular music in the late 20th century. Riding’s work has been widely exhibited and praised and his photographs remain an important part of the history of popular music. But he will always be remembered as one of the most influential photographers of the 20th century. His work is quite rare in that these images have never been seen or shared to the world.
Note: The media company that worked with Richard Riding came to an agreement before his time of passing and promised to share his work to the world and to create a book about the artists he immortalised on film.
This is now the first of the result of that promise, an ever growing investment in a series of works to come. All of the proceeds from this work will be donated to Richard’s charity, as he requested.
