Shipping & Delivery
 

We do not use Royal Mail post postal services for high value product. We take care of security and tracking.

For LImited Edition books and other items over a value of £50 we only use well-known and trusted courier services when we send our products to you.

 

Products are not only delivered to you on time but when you require them to be delivered (our courier service can email you when they are about to leave and when they have been delivered). We can track door to door.

 

 

Tracking Your Order
 

When we use a courier to send the items out to you we are given a tracking number that enables us to track the item/s to your door. For more information on your item and to be able to track it, send us an email with your order number on it and your details and we will come back to you in 24 hours via email or call with a response letting you know what the tracking details are if the item/s has/have not been delivered.

 

Please note that we cannot give out tracking details automatically for every parcel or package that we send. While our system is fairly sophisticaed, secure and supportive, we do not normally give out data to anyone unless they prove who they are and where they reside.

 

 

Returns Policy
 

If a product arrives and is defective you will not be able to return it after 7 days using our Returns Centre. You may wish to contact us directly and we may be able to offer support or guidance with the issue to help you. Please contact us by using our CONTACT US section and send us an email with your customer number and your order date and the details of your issue and we will do our best to respond within 24 hours.

 

We won't accept the return of any product returned to us if it's been opened. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you fees and expenses if the product isn't received as it was sent to you as a new, unopened product.

 

Limited Edition products are not eligible for return and not eligible for replacement however, in some cases, you may be able to obtain a replacement cover, jacket or box at a small cost to you.

 

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Money Back Guarantee
 

We want you to be satisfied with all of our fine art products every time you order online from us or through our agents. However, we know that there may be rare cases where there is a need to return items, so here are the guidelines you need to follow in order to do so.

 

Any 'money back guarantee' is offered only as a result of the product that you ordered not fulfilling the 'fit for purpose' element of the Sale of Goods Act.

 

You can return it to us and receive a replacement that is 'fit for purpose' or, you can return it to us for a refund but only if it arrived damaged (and you can prove that it was as a result of neglect on behalf of the carrier).

 

You can also open the items you receive but in order to return any of them for a refund, the product and the packaging must be in the same condition as you received it or them with all of the parts that came with any limited editions. However, we will only issue a full refund for the price paid for the product/s provided all of the above criteria are met.
