DESCRIPTION

So called 'Nude Photography', once shunned and criticized due to societal and cultural values that associate nudity with shame, immorality, and indecency no longer holds such values because the human form, as a subject of photographic, artistic expression has finally been recognised as being able to play as much a part in the art world as any other form of art.

THE PHOTOGRAPHY
Many photographers use this art form to create stunning works of art that evoke emotions, tell stories, and capture the beauty of the human body. But moreover, nude photography has the potential to challenge societal norms and values by depicting nudity in a non-sexualized manner promoting body positivity and challenging the notion that nudity is inherently immoral when it is in fct beautiful and admirable.

ADDITIONAL INFO

Nude and figure photography, especially the iconic works produced in the 1980s by photographers like Helmut Newton, Robert Mapplethorpe, and Herb Ritts, hold immense artistic value. The rarity and collectability of these fine art works lie in their limited availability, as many original prints are in private collections or museums. Thus re-imaged, top-quality fine art prints of iconic photographs by new photographers are now entering the scene and their early entry attracts collectors and investors who recognize a lasting cultural significance, making them valuable assets in the market.
